This document informs you of the terms and conditions governing access to and use of the Owner’s websites and mobile apps, as well as the services and content associated with said sites and apps (hereinafter also known as the site(s) or websites and mobile apps).

Access to or use of a website and/or app of the Owner by any data subject results in the data subject acquiring the status of “user” and, with such status, a series of rights and obligations.
